ApplyPix Privacy Policy

ApplyPix: Photo & PDF Tools

Effective date: 22 August 2026 • Developer/Publisher: PBP

ApplyPix is designed as a primarily on-device utility. Your selected photos, signatures and PDF/document contents are not intentionally uploaded to an ApplyPix-owned server for normal processing.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ApplyPix accesses, processes, stores and, where applicable, shares information when you use the app, including through third-party services used for analytics, crash reporting, configuration and advertising.

2. Personal files and on-device processing

Core photo, signature and PDF operations are performed primarily on your device. Files you choose may include photos, signatures, PDFs, ID/document images, certificates and other application-related files.

For normal core processing, ApplyPix does not intentionally upload the contents of those files to an ApplyPix-owned server and does not operate its own backend for storing your normal personal documents.

Original files are not intentionally overwritten. Separate output files are created where applicable.

3. No account required

ApplyPix does not require an account, login or signup for its core V1 features. No ApplyPix account profile is created.

4. Third-party services

Firebase Analytics: may process app interaction, session, app/device and identifier-related information for general usage measurement. ApplyPix does not intentionally send photo, signature, PDF, filename or document-text contents as analytics event content.

Firebase Crashlytics: may process crash stack traces, device/app metadata, operating-system information, app version and crash-related identifiers to diagnose stability problems.

Firebase Remote Config: is used for non-personal settings such as app notices, feature availability and advertising controls. It is not used by ApplyPix to store personal document contents.

Google AdMob: is used to display and measure advertising. Depending on region, consent, device settings and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from technical information, app interaction data and advertising/measurement data.

5. Advertising and consent

ApplyPix uses Google AdMob. Where required by applicable law or Google policy, ApplyPix may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or related consent-management tools before eligible ad requests are made. Core photo, signature and PDF functions are not designed to require a rewarded advertisement merely to perform the basic operation.

6. Machine learning

Some features may use Google ML Kit or compatible on-device machine-learning components for functions such as face detection, photo checks or subject/background processing. Where technically supported, processing is performed on the device. Certain components may require an initial model download.

7. Permissions and file access

ApplyPix follows a minimum-permission approach. Depending on the feature and Android version, it may access:

8. Storage, retention and deletion

Generated JPG, PNG, signature and PDF files may be stored locally on your device. Local files remain until you delete them, clear applicable app data, uninstall the app where applicable, or remove them using ApplyPix or Android file-management features.

ApplyPix does not maintain an ApplyPix-owned cloud database containing your normal personal photo, signature or PDF contents. Technical information processed by Firebase, AdMob or other Google services may be retained according to Google's applicable retention policies.

For privacy or deletion questions relating to ApplyPix, contact us below.

9. Data sharing and sale

ApplyPix does not intentionally sell your personal photos, signatures, PDFs or document contents. Technical information may be processed by Google Firebase and Google AdMob for analytics, crash diagnosis, fraud prevention, security, configuration, advertising and measurement as described above.

10. Security

ApplyPix is designed to reduce unnecessary transmission of personal files and uses Android platform storage/file-access mechanisms where practical. Reasonable technical measures are used, but no application, device, storage medium or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Internet connectivity

Most core processing is designed to work locally. Internet access may still be used for Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google AdMob, consent-management services and initial downloads of certain machine-learning components. Failure to reach those services should not intentionally prevent normal local photo, signature and PDF processing.

12. Children's privacy

ApplyPix is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically designed as a service directed to children. If the app's target audience or advertising treatment changes, this policy and Google Play declarations will be updated as required.

13. Your choices

14. Google Play Data safety consistency

ApplyPix's Google Play Data safety declarations should remain consistent with this Privacy Policy, including data handled by third-party SDKs. If features or SDK behavior change, the policy and Play Console declarations will be reviewed and updated.

15. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when ApplyPix features, third-party services, legal requirements or privacy practices change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
